The Sebring line was introduced in 1995 with the Chrysler Sebring coupé. It was the replacement for the Chrysler LeBaron coupé. The coupé was discontinued after 2005 with no replacement model planned.
Sebring Coupe received a 5-star frontal safety rating, the highest rating possible. The coupe version of the Sebring had seating for five and was considered to be one of the larger, more roomy coupes on the market. Trunk capacity was similar to that of many mid-size cars, capable of handling more than one set of golf clubs.
