The Chevrolet Malibu is a mid-size car produced by the American manufacturer General Motors (GM) starting in 1964. At that time, there was no need for keyless entry remote key fob programming instructions, as the keyless entry remote key fob option was not yet available. The Chevrolet Malibu began as a trim-level of the Chevrolet Chevelle, but became its own model line in 1978. Originally a rear-wheel-drive intermediate, GM revived the Chevrolet Malibu nameplate as a front-wheel-drive car in 1997. It is named after the city of Malibu, California.
Traditionally, the Chevrolet Malibu was marketed primarily in North America, but the new Malibu model introduced in 2012 has been sold in other countries as well. ProgramYourRemote.com will continue to provide the keyless entry remote key fob programming instructions and/or programming information for the Chevrolet Malibu.
